A number of leading professional bodies have joined forces for Professions Week:

The aim of Professions Week is to meet the following objectives:

  • To increase interest in becoming a professional among young people (14- 19) and to demonstrate the routes in to a range of professions.
  • To support those offering careers information and advice through targeting teachers, careers advisers and parents.
  • To increase visibility of the professional bodies in their role in helping the economy and in widening access to the professions with Government and the public.

Is your professional body planning to take part? If so, what are you going to do?
