The EI is looking to recruit a temporary Professional Development Team Manager for a period of
12 months starting 1 November 2013 to cover the maternity leave of the current postholder.
About This Role
Job Title: Professional Development Team Manager
Contract: Full-time maternity cover
Salary: Up to £35,000 plus benefits, negotiable based on experience
Location: Central London
The successful candidate will have experience of:
- Managing member services such as CPD, training, professional registers and mentoring
- Overseeing accreditation activities
- Managing committees and volunteer members
- Overseeing membership groups such as Young Professional Networks (YPNs) and branches
- Representing the organisation externally including giving presentations where appropriate
- Managing budgets
- Overseeing a small team
