Join our masterclass for senior level staff. Take part in a thought-provoking assessment of the pressures, processes and principles of governance. You will cover the PARN 'Cupped Hands' model of governance, as well as the pros and cons of different structures in the context of sector case studies. Plus, discuss governance issues with others facing similar challenges.

Take part in a mix of interactive sessions, video case studies, presentations and individual reflection in a friendly environment. You'll receive guidance from our CEO, Andy Friedman.

We'll start at 10:00am and finish at 4:30pm with teas, coffee, refreshments and lunch provided.

You will receive a training folder full of supplementary information to support your learning on this topic, along with copies of course slides and case studies.
