Job Title: Training and Education Operations Manager
Salary: £38,000 + Normal benefits
Location: BCI Central Office, Caversham, UK

The Business Continuity Institute are seeking an experienced Training and Education Operations Manager who has expertise in managing and delivering a global training and education programme in a professional body environment.

The successful candidate should have a successful operational management track record, with initiative and business acumen, as well as experience in international customer relationship management of stakeholder groups key to an training and education business. 

This role is very proactive and the person appointed must have the ability to negotiate, communicate with and manage diverse global teams. 

The successful candidate must be able to travel internationally and domestically as appropriate.

The role will also involve working with the BCI’s network of volunteer members so the ability to deal with this group in the overall business context of the BCI could be beneficial.
