Job Title: Qualifications Manager
Salary: Grade 7 = £42,664 pa
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to provide leadership to the team and to position our Qualifications for continued success. As well as managing a team of staff, the post holder will advise and co-ordinate a large team of Society Members involved in the delivery and quality assurance of the programmes and have responsibility for diversifying the portfolio of qualifications we offer.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a management role in a higher or further education institution or in a membership organisation. They will preferably have experience of leading on business development opportunities pertaining to developing new qualifications, project management skills, experience of motivating staff and managing a budget. The role requires resilience, determination and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. A willingness to attend meetings at our London office and at other locations around the UK is essential.
