Job Title: Project Officer
Job Term: Fixed term for 18 months
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to lead on the project work in relation to the Structural Review.
This role will ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.
This role is critical to ensure that all elements relating to the delivery of the Structural Review are co-ordinated, administered and communicated throughout the Society. Due to the different elements of the review, the post holder is required to monitor, understand, contribute and provide guidance to any potential changes or developments.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting and maintaining relationships with members who undertake work voluntarily on the Society’s behalf whilst consultation and the implementation of the review occurs, therefore must have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences.
The post holder will have excellent IT skills, will be analytical and possess a solutions-based approach to problem-solving. The post holder will be expected to work with minimum guidance and show initiative; however, they must also be able to demonstrate excellent team working skills. The ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time and to meet tight deadlines will also be expected.
