UKCP is the leading professional body for psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. We are recruiting a Membership Experience Manager.
The Membership Team is integral to the function of the UKCP. The Membership Experience Manager is responsible for the leadership of the team which ensures that our individual and organisational members and internal customers receive a professional and modern service. You will be responsible for implementing and managing all systems and processes required to ensure that the processing of new applications, membership renewals and all other membership processes are carried out efficiently and effectively, maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
You will also work to improve the membership experience and attract new members by developing and acting on insights into the member journey to improve membership engagement and retention, attract new members and to develop new products and services.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing a team undertaking a similar role. You must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain the team’s excellent standards. You will also have experience of working in a professional body, a regulated environment or other similar environment.
