Job Title: Governance Manager
Location: Lincolnshire
Remuneration: £37,096 to £46,371

We are now seeking our next Governance Manager. Working within the Company Secretariat, the Governance Manager is responsible for supporting the legal and ethical integrity of CIPS through policy enforcement and programme planning. The post holder ensures CIPS Group complies with legislation and regulation evaluating the impact of changes and mitigating the risks as appropriate. The post holder works with all departments within the Group to ensure that they comply with organisational policies, minimising risk and maximising efficiencies. The post holder works with the Senior Leadership Team to provide expert advice on areas of compliance and ensure that there are strategies in place to deal with issues.
