Job Title: Project Officer (Member Networks)
Salary: £26,203pa (Grade 5)
We are looking for a confident and highly motivated individual to provide support and co-ordination on the project work in relation to Member Network initiatives.
This role will ensure that the desired outcomes are achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied.
This role is critical to ensure that all elements relating to Member Network projects are co-ordinated, administered and communicated throughout the Society. The post holder is required to monitor, understand, contribute and provide guidance to projects to ensure their successful delivery.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting and maintaining relationships with members who undertake work voluntarily and organisations who are delivering on funded projects, therefore must have excellent interpersonal skills, confidence, and the ability to communicate effectively to different audiences
The post holder will have excellent IT skills, will be analytical and possess a solutions-based approach to problem-solving. The post holder will be expected to work with minimum guidance and show initiative; however, they must also be able to demonstrate excellent team working skills. The ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at the same time and to meet tight deadlines will also be expected.
