Job Title: Assessment Manager
Location: Kempston (Bedford)
Salary: £35,000 pa (Depending on experience)
An opportunity has arisen to manage our small and friendly Practitioner Authorisation and Supervision team. Working with the Director of Authorisation and Supervision, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the team.
You will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the competence frameworks, rules, guidance and procedures for authorisation and supervision of individuals and ensure that these comply with the regulatory arrangements as they apply to regulated individuals as well as developing and managing the quality assurance arrangements in relation to assessment decisions made by the internal and external assessors.
You will be working with the membership team to ensure a consistent approach is taken to guide CILEx members through the authorisation and supervision requirements.
You will be working with the Director of Authorisation and Supervision to develop and maintain education standards and education policy as it applies to Chartered Legal Executives and other CILEx Practitioners.
Knowledge and/or experience of legal practice is desirable.
