Maintaining good customer service is critical to any organisation. However, benchmarking options tend to be both expensive and not always tailored to the professional body sector.
To address this, PARN is running a customer service benchmarking project exclusively for professional bodies. We've worked with 8 leading professional bodies to produce a bespoke customer service questionnaire which we are offering to members and non-members for a relatively small fee.
This questionnaire is written and hosted for you - and contains your branding! - over a set time frame, after which each participating organisation gets an individualised report plus a second benchmarking report illustrating how the organisation fared against the professional body average.
