About the Research
We ran a project on
E-learning for Professionals, jointly funded by the
Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and
Engineers Australia.
We investigated professional bodies’ development and usage of e-learning, professionals’ views and experiences of e-learning, future trends and patterns in e-learning.
How did we carry out the project?
We gathered information using the following methods:
Survey of professional bodies
57 organisations based in the UK, Ireland, Canada and Australia.
Survey of the professional members
1829 responses from members of eight professional bodies in the UK and Australia.
Case studies of professional bodies
10 leading professional bodies were profiled in detail.
