We regularly use PARN benchmarking data at BCI Board level to check that the Institute is performing well against professional body KPIs.

We have also used PARN data as part of our annual review presentation to members at our Annual General Meeting. With a large proportion of members coming from a corporate or public sector background, it is reassuring for the Board and members to be able to compare the BCI’s performance against similar organisations.
