We're delighted to have the opportunity to sit down with Nick Bartlett, Head of Practice Analysis at the CFA Institute, and Lead Steerer of PARN's CPD Forum to ask him some questions about himself, his role at the CFA, his involvement in the CPD Forum, and more - that's where you come in. Have you got a question you would like to ask Nick?

Let's give you a bit of background. Nick Bartlett, CFA, is Head of Practice Analysis at CFA Institute, a global organisation that provides investment professionals with finance education. Practice Analysis is the process of engaging practitioners to assess the knowledge and skills needed within certain roles, and translating this into learning outcomes to ensure qualifications and CPD programs remain relevant. Previously he worked as Director of Education at CFA UK, where he managed and led the development of new and existing qualifications, the delivery of computer-based assessments, and their CPD proposition. He has initiated and led projects to develop online learning courses, integrated an LMS, and worked in instructional design. He has a master’s degree in Educational Psychology which has been fundamental to his understanding of motivational and learner considerations. He started his career at Schroders before going on to teach finance and accounting for BPP Professional Education (Financial Services).
