Join us for our first EDI SIG of 2023 featuring talks from two of our steering group members Alistair McCapra and Linda Hausmanis as well as an open discussion session to close on giving you the opportunity to bring forth challenges, problems and solutions you have encountered in your roles regarding equality, diversity and inclusion
Alistair McCapra, Chief Executive of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) is joining us to talk about the National Equality Standard. The National Equality Standard (NES) is the UK's leading Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) standard which was developed, in 2012.
Linda Hausmanis, Chief Executive of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM) will be discussing equality for women in the workplace, specifically in the sector.
Both speakers will also be sharing an insight into their experiences within their organisations EDI policy.
The event will end with an open discussion session enabling participants to share challenges, problems and solutions regarding EDI as well as the creating the opportunity for you to have a say on the development of the EDI SIG.

This event is free to attend for PARN members. Non-members can join for an annual fee of £240 including vat which will give you access to all EDI SIG meetings in 2023.
