An interactive and valuable training day providing senior managers and members of the governing body with an understanding of leadership and implementation of strategic initiatives as applied to professional bodies.

This training course will be held in London at the offices of our partner and PARN member, the Royal Aeronautical Society.

 

Take part in a mix of interactive sessions, video case studies, presentations and individual reflection in a friendly environment. You'll receive guidance from our CEO, Andy Friedman. 

We'll start at 10:00am and finish at 4:30pm with teas, coffee, refreshments and lunch provided. 

You will receive a training folder full of supplementary information to support your learning on this topic along with copies of course slides and case studies.
