Context
This conference will present an in-depth look at the results from PARN’s recent research on professionals’ use of Web 2.0. Presentations on interesting practice in social networking and case studies of organisations who have used these technologies will guide you in transforming social networking technologies from a “good idea” to a successful initiative that improves your communication with members and fits your organisation’s strategy. This conference will help you answer key questions for professional bodies looking to “embrace” social networking technologies:
- How are professionals using these technologies?
- What do they expect from their professional bodies?
- What technologies have worked?
- What have professional bodies learnt?
