Professionals’ views on CPD
|
For this research project, PARN analysed a survey of professional body members about CPD provided by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) as well as online delivery.
The purpose of the survey was to investigate:
-
How professionals feel about the CPD that they do; how much they do; what type of CPD they do; and why they do it.
-
How professionals feel about online CPD; whether they have experienced online delivery; how they use internet technologies.
-
How professionals feel about universities (HEIs) as CPD providers; whether they have used universities as providers of CPD; what services they would like from HEIs.
-
How professionals' CPD is funded and decided upon.
