Latest News › PARN offering consultancy workshops based on professional standards research
|
Following from PARN’s recent research into professional standards for the Financial Services Authority (FSA), PARN will be offering consultancy workshops to organisations interested in learning more about the research and how its findings can be applied to their organisation.

In particular, the workshops will focus on “The Three Pillars of Professional Standards”, a PARN model developed within the FSA project. This model focuses on three key areas of professional standards: Entry Standards, Complaints and Discipline, and CPD and Positive Supports for Ethical Behaviour. PARN’s research investigated the choices organisations can make within each pillar, the effectiveness of these choices and how organisations can measure the success of their choices.
