About the research
In 2009, a selection of professional bodies participated in this panel, giving their general impressions on 5 broad themes along with some examples of initiatives they have in place and the barriers they see to increasing fair access to jobs in the professions.
Recruitment into the professions is also very diverse and this has an impact on the direct influence professional bodies are able to have on the diversity of their membership.
