In 2012, the final report was submitted to the six professional bodies who supported it the research project:
The research findings have been integrated into our new training course content for Engaging & Retaining Members,
the first course will be on November 13th 2012.
In addition, the
research findings will be launched at our upcoming conference in Spring 2013.
