Just a quick update on our New Approaches to Member Relations research project which we started in 2011...
The research is now complete and the final report was submitted to the six professional bodies who supported it. Thank you to our PARN Members for supporting this work:
The research findings have been integrated into our new training course content forEngaging & Retaining Members, the first course will be on November 13th 2012.
In addition, the research findings will be launched at our upcoming conference in Spring 2013.
