Manchester Business School and the International Institute of Risk and
Safety Management are seeking an Information Systems Analyst to develop a web-based decision support tool and accompanying
education programme to improve the reliability of management information for
risk management practitioners.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
Salary : £20,000 to £25,000
Employment type: Fixed Term, Full-time
Duration: 18 months
You must be within 5 years of graduation (or of completion of a
higher-level qualification) and possess at least a 2:1 degree in a numerate and
IT literate discipline.
You must have proven analytical and problem solving skills and prior
knowledge, training and/or experience in the risk management sector is
desirable. Needing to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
please note that this post will be based in the offices of the International
Institute of Risk and Safety Management in London.
The project is being carried out under the
aegis of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership Scheme (KTP). KTPs enable recently qualified graduates (known as KTP Associates) to work in
companies managing challenging projects central to the development needs of
participating companies.
