In conjunction with the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS) and the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC), PARN has created two toolkits – “Equality and Diversity” and “Fairer Recruitment” – designed to help organisations embed diversity and fair recruitment policies and procedures.
PARN offers consultation based on this research for organisations looking to incorporate these key issues into their recruitment strategy. Organisations will have the benefit of case studies that accompany PARN’s research, and can use them as a benchmarking tool for their own diversity strategy.
PARN also offers support and direction for implementing effective training on equality and diversity issues.
Benefits to Your Organisation
- Develops awareness amongst leaders and staff of the implications of enhancing diversity within your organisation’s membership, and improves their practice in managing diversity
- Understand and attempt to address lack of diversity and resistance to diversity amongst your membership and/or employees
- Encourages your key employees to support and commit to equality and diversity by selling the case for diversity in professional bodies
- Clarifies your organisation’s mission and objectives and sets a clear path forward
