This course explore ways of engaging and retaining members based on our research and knowledge of the professional body sector.
In particular, we will be evaluating member surveys, and discussing professional
body perceptions and interesting practice around levels of engagement and loss
rates, along with segmentation of members for targeted communications.

Delivery & Materials
The day will combine
a mix of interactive sessions, video case studies, presentations and time for
individual reflection. Start time is 9:30am and end time 4:30pm with tea, coffee
and lunch provided.
Course is delivered
by Christina Williams, Head of Research at PARN.
The course text is New Approaches
to Member Relations by Williams
and Hannington (2012) and a copy of this research report will be supplied. You
will also receive a Training Folder of supplementary information to support
your learning on this topic, along with copies of course slides and case studies.
