Continuing Professional Development (CPD)
|
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the means by which members of professional associations maintain, improve and broaden their knowledge and skills and develop the personal qualities required in their professional lives.
We consider CPD a vital part of any professional's career and support professional bodies to improve and update their CPD systems.
Our research into the area of CPD has given us a comprehensive understanding of what CPD is and the range of issues that arise when managing CPD for a professional body.
