We can also provide information on CPD governance frameworks, including how to best evaluate the impact of CPD on performance and practice, setting standards, audit and assessment methods.

PARN can review the foundation documents of your organisation in order to determine if they are still fit for their independent purpose. Member research We undertake tailored research, using online surveys, focus groups and interviews, on issues relating to member services and member relations for professional bodies.

Equality and Diversity Research and Support

PARN has created two toolkits - "The Professional Recruitment Guide" and "Diversity Toolkit" - designed to help organisations embed diversity and fair recruitment policies and procedures and offering support and direction for implementing effective training on equality and diversity issues.

Governance Strategic Review

PARN has carried out a range of research projects on governance and from this has developed theories of good governance. We treat each governance review as a stand alone research project and conduct tailored face to face and telephone interviews.

Induction Training for New Council Members

This ensures that both new and existing members understand their roles and responsibilities, thereby maximizing their contribution and satisfaction.
