AAT is looking for a Conduct and Compliance Manager (Professional Standards) to join their organisation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Full time role - 35 hours per week
Salary circa £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Conduct and Compliance Manager will contribute to the achievement of the AAT Business Plan objectives and the efficiency and effectiveness of the Conduct and Compliance Division by:
- The effective development, review, management and implementation of a professional standards strategy for members and members in practice, including quality assurance of the scheme for members in practice.
- Supporting the Head of Conduct and Compliance in discharging AAT’s obligations as a supervisory authority under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.
- Strategic and overall operational management of the disciplinary and suitability assessment investigation processes.
- Effective team leadership including budgetary planning and control, and risk management.
